Mother’s Day can be beyond difficult for people who are grieving.  Whether you are a child grieving the death of your mother or a mother grieving the death of a child, Mother’s Day can bring up feelings of longing, yearning, sadness, loneliness, depression, anger, bitterness, alienation and despair (just to name a few) For many the day becomes about just getting through. In this webinar, we will discuss the many reasons why Mother’s Day can be difficult for grieving individuals and we’ll talk about ways to constructively cope with the day, regardless of how you decide to spend it.
